In response to COVID-19, we are providing expedited shipping of your mask, gloves and hand sanitizer.

Most of the items ordered from our website are shipped within 24 hours. Goldshieldmasks.com offers 3 shipping methods to deliver your mask:

  • FedEx or UPS Next Day (1-business day)
  • USPS First Class (2-3 business days)

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.
Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of products ordered, and your selected delivery address.
Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.
We offer the ability to select FedEx or USPS shipping option for your order.

Goldshieldmasks.com partners with UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ship your masks, gloves and hand sanitizers.

Orders generally ship the next business day ( Saturday and Sunday are not the business day), if the order is placed prior to 3:00 pm PST.

Free Shipping is only available to the contiguous U.S for very few items of ours.

We can ship:

  • All States in the Continental U.S.
  • Alohas and Hawaii
  • All USA territory including Puerto Rico and Guam
  • USA military bases

Email Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For your convenience you can use UPS, FedEx and USPS website to track your order using the tracking number provided.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure you enter the correct address when ordering. It is not possible to change incorrect shipping address once the order has been shipped and is in transit. If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, call the shipping carrier to reroute the package.Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address.

Return Policy

We want to sincerely thank you for purchasing our products, our entire team appreciates it.

Our refund policy is simple and fair. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the items you purchase within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must not be opened, used, damaged and it the original box that you receive it.

You must contact our customer support via email or phone to get a Return Authorization Number.

After we receive your item with the Return Authorization Number, our customers service team will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original credit or debit card you used for payment during your purchase.

Note that credit card credits may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement depending on your bank institution.

You will not be eligible or receive a refund if If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed.

For any masks, gloves and  hand sanitizer purchased directly from Goldshieldmasks.com and any of our websites, we allow returns of unopened packages after obtaining a return authorization within 7 days following date of shipment.

The item must be returned unopened and the package in good sellable conditions. Open boxed or partially used items will not be refunded or exchange.

Shipping and handling charges, sales taxes paid are not refundable.

If you return your mask, gloves or handsanitizer without a a return authorization, we retain the right to refuse delivery of such return.

The time to credit your account may vary, depending on credit card or bank processing time.
Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address.
